Boot Camp

The Paley Tennis Center is now offering fitness classes which will be held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:00 am - 6:45 am and Saturday mornings 7:00 am - 7:45 am.  Please arrive 10 minutes before each class because doors will be locked when class starts.  The workouts begin with a 15 minute warm up and are followed by a 30 minute high intensity workout.  The workouts are a combination of strength training and cardio, and are highly efficient and never the same.  People will need to bring along free weights with a neoprene coating, a foam mat, a jump rope and a water bottle.  The sessions will continue monthly.  Please come and try out a class for free!

January session:

Tuesday/Thursday, January 7-30, 6:00 am - 6:45 am (The cost is $10 per class, so $80 for the session)

Saturday drop in classes
January 4,18,25 and February 1, 7:00 am - 7:45 am
The cost is $10 per class

This is a fitness workout and not Tennis!
